Please note- The return cost for shipping the product to be borne by the customer.
- All our products are made-to-order, so once sold, we don't offer refunds.
- If you want to exchange, we give store credit, not cash refunds.
- You can return non-sale items within 7 days of receiving them.
- Sale items can't be returned or exchanged.
- You can book your return or exchange using a link provided.
- Returned items are checked for quality; damaged or dirty items won't be accepted failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- It takes about 2 weeks for the return process, including pickup and processing.
- COD amount won't be refunded for returns or exchanges.
- If we pick up the product for return or exchange, there's a Rs 200 charge per pair.
- Returns should be unused, with tags and packaging intact.
- Shoes should be tried on carpet before wear; if there's a size issue, we can exchange once.
- Custom-made orders can't be returned or exchanged.
- If you receive a damaged product, inform us within 7 days with details and pictures.
- Once acknowledged, send the product back within 7 days with courier details.
- We're not responsible for damages during return transit.
- We confirm all orders before shipping them out.
- We can't accept returns for personalized fit sizes 43 and 44 because they're made specifically as per your requirements and are not available for general sale.
